Metasploit

So while I was calmly sipping my coffee listening to the talks at the Lone Star Ruby Conference in Austin, I quietly had my world rocked.   Here’s why: Metasploit.  Its a computer security toolkit written in Ruby.  Seeing how quickly that program allows breaching the security of ANY machine was an eye opening experience.    Funny how paranoid one can become after being informed.
